Contract preparation when selling
When selling in Victoria it is important to have a full and complete disclosure statement, known as a Vendor's Statement or Section 32. Fixed legal fee + disbursements
A fixed legal fee takes the surprise and stress out of buying or selling a property. In the hands of Klarich Legal, your matter will receive the personal attention of our property lawyer every time.
For a standard conveyance we charge a fixed legal fee of $1,770.00 (incl of GST) plus disbursements of between $450.00 and $550.00. Disbursements are higher where there is an owners corporation or rural water involved.
